The works began with the excavation of the foundations to the required depth and dimensions, ensuring proper soil preparation. Concrete was then poured into the excavated foundation areas to form a stable base. Formwork was installed around the foundation areas to shape and contain the poured concrete, ensuring it remained aligned and level. After the formwork was in place, the concrete was poured, followed by a float finish to create a smooth, even surface.

A formwork ramp was installed to provide easy access to the foundation area, and a brush finish was applied to the concrete surface to create a textured, durable finish. Trenches were excavated for the installation of a stormwater drainage system, and storm drain pipes were installed within the trench, connecting to the existing drainage system to ensure proper water management.
