Project name: Farleigh Lane / Claygate
The works commenced with setting out and excavation to reduced levels, followed by excavating foundations to the specified depths. Concrete foundations were poured, and reinforced concrete ring beams were formed to provide structural stability. Drainage and services were installed in line with the design, and steel wind posts were erected to support the substructure. Masonry works were completed for the substructure, and block and beam floors were laid for the ground floor. Scaffold mats were placed where required to facilitate safe working, and external works included the construction of car parks, drives, patios, and footpaths, followed by the placement of topsoil. All works were carried out in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
