Project name: Riverside Park
The Riverside Park development consists of 246 apartments arranged in five blocks of 4–5 storeys and 26 riverside townhouses overlooking the Great Stour. These were constructed with structures and building envelopes designed to respond to the riverside location, with ground floors set at podium levels in part due to Flood Zone planning requirements. The construction included structural frames, external cladding, windows, roofing, balconies, and terraces. Internal finishes, services, and fit-out completed the residential spaces. The scheme also delivered improved public realm and riverside walkways as part of the wider regeneration vision. Phase 1 of the residential units was handed over in 2019, with subsequent phases delivered through to 2022
